Napa Valley's Fine Artist Christine George is one of the Official Track Photographers for Churchill Downs and the Triple Crown. Her work is on display in the KY Derby Museum Gift Shop, with galleries/agents from California to New York, including a fallen soldier portrait in the permanent collection of the Pentagon. Her art has appeared in such internationally prestigious publications as The Bloodhorse, Equine Images, Horse Talk, Sidelines, Horses in Art, Back in the Saddle, Exclusively Equine to name a few.

Christine graduated with a BFA from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA with Honors. She then worked for Landor Associates in San Francisco, CA winning multiple Clio and Addy awards. She began her own design company in 1989. She taught and was Assistant Director of the Design Department at The Academy of Art University in San Francisco for a decade. She was the Administrative Chair of Design for Corcoran College of Art and Design in Washington DC for 3 years.

Christine’s extensive corporate/packaging design career of 29 years has her currently teaching at Academy of Art University, helping local clients such as Black Stallion Winery, Ghost Horse Vineyards, Anderson’s Conn Valley, Mainelli Family Olive Oil, DaBecca Natural Foods to name a few.
